4. Products and Availability

We take care with our photos and descriptions, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

If a clear display error occurs, such as a wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

We currently sell online to the United States. Delivery takes 14-16 business days, as each dress is prepared especially for your order. Standard shipping is $12.99, and shipping is free on orders over $200. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Size Exchange

Wrong size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement size at no extra cost. See our Return Policy for details.

8. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us at andress.btq@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

10. Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
